Our advisor was welcoming and extremely helpful. Offered us refreshments when we were completing our order. Offered us the option of disposing or our bed and offered the service of installation.

Great selection and many different options. Sleepmatch was very accurate and Gary used this info to help me find an excellent mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He helped to arrange delivery on a convenient day since I was having the mattress, bed and headboard delivered to a new home. I'd definitely recommend Dreams, especially Gary at the Northampton branch.

We were approached in a friendly manner, we were shown products to suit our requirements, we were listened to when explaining medical needs and recommendations were made, at no time were we pushed to make a decision, we were given space and time to deliberate, we asked about pillows and were given lots to try even when the colleague had to keep going backwards and forwards to get different ones for us, nothing was too much trouble, processing the order was quick and a delivery date was arranged with the week

Enjoyed the mattress recommending machine (can’t remember the name of it). Spent a few minutes wandering around the shop before this was recommended to me my the staff after I told them I didn’t know what I was looking for. Promptly discussed my budget and took me to the most suitable mattress for me, and recommended the bed frame style that I ended up buying after asking for an ottoman. Very easy to set up finance

Shani the assistant was very attentive to my needs and gave good sound advice. She was friendly and pleasant and made me feel quite at ease. The store was very clean and easy to manoeuvre with a disabled Walker
