Needed a specific kind of bedframe and we were shown three options - all of which fitted our criteria. Thank you for all your help

Great colleague, nice atmosphere, greet service

To begin with I rang the store and explained the problem I was having with my bed. The person I spoke to Matthew was very helpful and understanding as well as knowledgeable. I then went down to the store and continued talking to Matthew. He was able to answer any questions I had and gave me the time I needed to decide what the best bed for me was. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

The sales lady was exceptionally efficient and understanding of our needs

Great service, great product knowledge. We even managed to get a heated super king blanket which we had been looking for. The computer working out what bed was best for us was great

We went into the shop not really having a clue. Shainey (sorry if misspelt) was brilliant knowledgable and very patient. It make such a change for an assistant to be so pleasant & helpful and knowledgeable

The sales assistant was very polite and professional and demonstrated good product knowledge and listened to us in an attentive manner when explaining our needs and was able to answer any questions we had.

I wasn't pounced upon as soon as I entered the store. Your colleague offered assistance, listened to my needs then took me to the products that were on offer. Not once did I feel pressured into buying. Once I had decided on which product I was offered a seat and refreshment. All in all a very satisfying experience.
