Having telephoned prior to visiting the store, I had already been given information as to what I needed and that it was in store for me to see. The sales assistant was helpful and understood my needs in the choice of bed and mattress. He had a pleasant manner and didn’t rush me in my decision making. As a result I purchased the additional extended Bedcover policy on both items which I would not otherwise have done. All in all a good experience. I haven’t had the items delivered yet but am confident that all will be as promised.

Matt offered us an exceptional level of customer service. We needed a new bed/mattress, however had no intention of buying one on this day, but Matt greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He has clearly found the balance between not being too overbearing and pushy, yet giving us all the information and time that we needed. Being in a customer service industry myself, I like to recognise excellent service when I receive it, and Matt gave us exactly that! Bed shopping can be stressful, partially because of how expensive they can be, but again Matt showed us value without the annoying pressure some sales people can sometimes give.
