Hi, We met Gary as we entered the store, who was very friendly, but not pushing for a sale. We were allowed to look at the items we were interested in, and he provided information upon request. I received the quote, and didnt feel pushed to buy. We left the store and discussed at home. I called Gary later that day to ask some questions, again, very helpful. The following day I made the order and was told upto 12 weeks (not ideal - but understood) however a few hours later, Gary called to say that the item would be here a lot quicker, and be with us at the end of May. Lovely chap, great service, looking forward to our new bed!

Matt was very helpful and explained everything. Being able to use interest free credit is definitely a bonus as it spreads the cost. Delivery in a week with a Bank Holiday Weekend in between we were very impressed with. The purchasing even with the credit check etc did not take very long at all.

The young lady that helped us choose our final purchase took us through all products that were available to us and answered all of our questions, she had a great knowledge and anything she was unsure of she went and found out immediately, fantastic customer service, she was a credit to the store.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable without being "pushey", answered any questions quickly and efficiently. The whole sale was made in a relatively short time whilst providing all the information we needed to make a decision.

Brilliant products and excellent customer service

Clean and well laid out store, salesman with excellent product knowledge, delivery was a bit longer than expected, but can accommodate it, over all a good experience.

The member of staff was polite friendly and knew all about the products myself and my husband were very pleased with the service we got would recommend Dream’s to everyone it was a pleasure shopping there.
