Matt at Northampton St James Branch understood the ask, and clearly showed me mattresses that were within budget and met my need. He further put together a deal to include extras we needed. We were looking for a bed but didn't want it delivered until the end of August. Store Assistant said she would take a note so that would be documented. We were offered a bottle of water while the paperwork was going through which was a nice touch. The Store Assistant was lovely and very helpful.
