The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products. They never rush to make a sale. The products are very well made.

As soon as you walked in you were greeted by a member of staff as we walked round felt comfortable in looking at the products the store had to offer.Then the sales man said try this machine it will give u the product we both would like to sleep on, and it did the sales man’s name was Gary and his knowledge was second to none great experience all round.

We have visited two of your stores once in Milton Keynes where we carried out the sleep test machine - the staff were friendly and approachable and knowledgeable about what the machine recommended and trying to match / find the best balance of mattress for both myself and my partner who had slightly different recommendations from the test. We went away needing time to decide on our purchase. We then visited our local Northampton branch and the staff again were helpful in assisting us with finding the best option out of our narrowed down list helping with the order, mattress protectors and delivery. We can’t wait to have a good nights sleep!!!

The bed that was shown on display in store proved to be very difficult in purchasing, with no dates being shown for delivery to then be told there would be a 12 week waiting time. If the wait for the bed was that far in advance there should have been a notice placed on the bed so people wouldn’t have their heart set on it.

The assistant was very helpful and professional and the store was very clean and tidy

The assistance and service was, from the outset, warm and friendly without feeling pressurised. The staff we spoke to clearly knew their products. We were invited to try to mattress tester, which we did, and that was informative and helpful. The mattress specialist then talked us through the options indicated on the test programme. All in all a very helpful and enjoyable experience. The lead time for delivery was absolutely fine and we chose a date that suited us. The order process was quick and easy. Considering we had just popped in to have a look around the visit enabled us to choose and buy our new bed, mattress and pillows. Excellent.

We were shown around and experienced the rest bed which decided which mattress we would buy.

Gary was friendly and professional throughout our visit and understood that we would view other shops before making a decision, no hard selling
