Lee who assisted us was very helpful without being pushy and explained everything very well and answered all our questions, and we had a good cup of tea while we walked around looking at all the options available

The service at the store in New Malden was excellent

We found Lee very helpful and knowledgeable but he allowed us time to make a decision on what product we wanted. The bed was delivered within a few days and was assembled satisfactorily by dreams delivery team. Highly recommend this store.

Kavitha our assistant in store was very thorough with making certain we were fully awate of all items their relative guarantees etc taking no rush and I had hot chocolate drink to help. Service was good and friendly plus yesterday afternoon left my handbag with purse cards keys ag this same store the lot which was kept safe until our return to place order this afternoon. We are well pleased and look forward to our bed and wardrobes 2 chests all arriving and thank you

Carlos (assistant) spent lot of time explaining different mattresses available - and explained why 5 minutes should be spent on each mattress - didn't feel pushed into buying most expensive - he made sure we had the choice
