Knowledgeable staff member - Carlos. Friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

Eddie was fantastic, very helpful and had a good knowledge of stock.

The sales person, Mo, was very helpfull and patient whilst two of us talked about the alternatives we were considering. He did not hassle us to make a decision and constructively suggested some extra items (pillows and mattress protector) that made sense to purchase at the same time. He made it a pleasant shopping experience

Staff in shop were there when needed to assist and gave the right amount of time for testing and discussing the beds without being intrusive.

We visited the store 2 days running, were greeted in a friendly manner both times, both times we were offered drinks, on both occasions the staff were the right mix of helpful but not pushy, on hand when you wanted to ask something or to offer advice but kept a distance enough to not make you feel uncomfortable

Kavitha was very friendly and helpful. So much choice but she narrowed it down to our needs. We were also given cappuccino!!

Very knowledgable, wasn't pushy but always available to ask questions. Very helpful staff member providing valuable input when trying to select the beds. Store seemed have had a make over and looked much better organised than last time i was in.

Very pleasant service and experience

The sales assistant was helpful and informative without being pushy. We were offered coffee and he even held my mug whilst I was trying out mattresses. Friendly, efficient service.

Lee served me and was VERY knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy at all. It made the whole shopping process very reassuring.
