Our sales adviser, Lee, was excellent. He was friendly from the start, listened to what we wanted to buy and then made a number of recommendations based on our needs. He was extremely professional and gave the sense that he was honest and trustworthy. He explained everything to us clearly and simply, with no hard sell but a very good knowledge that gave us reassurance about our purchase. We were extremely satisfied with this experience in comparison to other places we have been to buy household furniture and cannot praise Lee highly enough for his assistance on our visit.

Sales Assistant: Lee, was very knowledgeable, advising that mattresses were individual and that "one size doesn't fit all" to ensure that we both chose the right mattress for us - and not based on what someone else had suggested we buy. He advised on "side sleepers" "back sleepers" to ensure we could make the best choice for pillows as well. Highly impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and his "happy to help" attitude. Very refreshing in this day and age.
