we were highly satisfied with our visit to the new Malden branch of dreams. We purchased a king size bed and mattress with the help of Mo, the manager, who provided lots of information about types of mattress how to pay and delivery etc.. Mo was very friendly and professional I would recommend dreams in new Malden for this reason, a good customer journey at its best. Thank you

Lee is a friendly guy, he came over and greeted me straight away. I told him I needed a suitable mattress for a rib injury I have. He recommended a softer mattress and allowed me to go round with a pillow and try them out. Lee had a great knowledge of the insides of all the mattresses without having to look anything up. The store was clean and pleasant and I was offered a cup of tea.

I was helped straight away by Kavitha who asked me what I was looking for. I gave her my very specific needs - she showed me the beds which I needed to choose from, made me a coffee, gave me a pillow and backed away. Which was great - I did not feel pressured but knew she was on hand if I had queries.

Sales person Mo was very helpful as were all of the staff at this branch. Very helpful and friendly. Whole process was made easy and everything was explained in full

Friendly staff well informed for helping me choose the mattress best suited to myself also while waiting for order to be processed we were offers a tea/coffee and kept us informed all the time throughout the order process
