Good selection of products and nice service from staff.

Although we knew precisely our requirements, the assistant (Louis ) was efficient quick and knowledgable.

The staff where very knowledgable, they have e us lots of information and space to look around, before coming back to see how we were getting on. Pillows were supplied when trying the beds. We had a fab cup of coffee, whilst dealing with the paperwork. A really good experience.

The person who served us (Carlos in your New Malden branch) was very attentive, yet gave us space and time to think and decide on our purchase. His manner made us feel welcome and valued - thanks very much :).

we have visited Dreams a couple of times and have always purchased something. We have also had the pleasure of being served by Edward Kelly on each visit pure luck. We always find him to be extremely helpful and courteous (always gets us a nice cup of tea).

I was assisted by Eddie, who is a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. I was feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure about what to choose, but he helped me find products I was pleased with, that were within my budget. Although some items were unavailable for delivery on the date I move in to my new property, he was able to arrange separate delivery for the mattress, meaning I will have something to sleep on until the frame arrives.
