Eddie @ New Malden store was so helpful, patient & answered all my stupid questions when dithering on which mattress to buy!

They are friendly and have a good sales talk.

Staff friendly, explained lay out and differences in product. Gave us time to try things out without pressure. Then helpful if making purchase, arranging collection of old bed and mattress. Very friendly throughout.

Great service start to finish

I haven’t shopped for a new bed or mattress for several years. This time around I now have two demanding toddlers, so shopping is usually a challenge at the best of times! From the minute we walked in, we felt completely at ease - nothing was too much trouble and the kids loved trying out the mattresses with us (in between playing with the free balloon very helpfully given to them by the shop assistant). The free coffee topped it off! We had a great morning and have bought a beautiful mattress for our new room - I’ve never had such an easy shopping experience. Thank you!!

Abu met me at the door when i entered with a smile and welcomed me to the store. i proceeded to tell him i was looking for a pillow. he then took me to all the pillows he had for sale and explained all the benefit's for each one as well as allowing me to try them on a mattress which was very similar to the one i have at the moment. i ended up buying 2 instead of the intended 1 which made my partner very happy. all in all a lovely experience from start to end.
