We had a very pleasant experience, a member of staff came and explained thing to us and left us to try the different beds. Gave us different beds to try we chose the one we liked, everything was explained to us we were very impressed.

We liked the quality and the quantity of the beds as soon as we walked in after visiting numerous other stores, the friendliness of the member of staff who served us, he was charming, professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to us with such a courteous charm and manner. I came out feeling quite elated that l had got the bed l wanted, in such a relaxed polite manner, almost unheard of these days, well done Dreams and your very professional staff.

Eddie answered all my questions and gave me all the extra infomation on the beds and mattresses. I bought from dreams 7years ago and next time I am searching for a bed I will always go back to dreams.

Upon walking in we were greeted by Kavitha. She remembered us from our last visit which was several months before, and we didn't make a purchase. I was surprised she remembered us. She was very helpful again, and this time we were in a position to place an order.

She listened to our needs first and showed us around explaining about the current beds and the types, where they were, the prices etc. She is clearly very knowledgeable of all the products. She gave us enough time and space to make a decision without feeling any pressure - this led to us making a purchase.
