Out standing customer service from Louis - very professional , honest and took the time to get to know our family and sleeping habits. He was polite and knowledge, a honest individual that I would buy from again. He made the company come across like a Harrods of the bed world.

In the New Malden Store I was offered assistance by Kavitha as soon as I entered the store. She knew the products exceptionally well and spent a long while helping me make choices.

Eddie served us and was so friendly (new Malden branch). He knew lots about the mattress we were ordering and made us feel very comfortable and that we had chosen the bed and mattress for us. Haven't received it yet and mattress is going to be end June which is why I marked certain scores.
