Abu met me at the door from when i walked in and talked me through the mattresses i was intrested in and gave me all the time i needed to find the righg one. A lovely cup of coffee was offered

Carlos in the new Malden store was excellent! He really helped and advised us but also left us time to browse the store. He was extremely approachable, friendly, the most hardworking in the store and knowledgeable. Instructions were made very clear to us with important notes highlighted. I cannot speak any more highly of the service received by Carlos - we are lucky he served us!

Very friendly member of staff who we met last year when we ordered two beds from Dreams - like the store in New Malden - clean bright - we have a good laugh with the salesman who has been the same one each time we have been - Edward

From the moment we stepped into the New Malden store there was help available. Carlos took time to understand our requirements and then methodically went about explaining differences on offer and what he would recommend. He also gave us plenty of time to experience the various beds and we never felt pressured to hurry or to make a decision.
