Very helpful staff and in particular Mohammed who helped us choose and purchase our products

I felt the consulatant , Eddie Kelly, was very professional, build a rapport with us. He didn’t put any pressure on us to buy, we felt he was very honest, knowledgeable and friendly.

Carlos and his colleague (tall, part-timer) understood my back issues and advised accordingly. This worked well for both myself and my wife and they helped us find a product that was able to support my lower back while still being comfortable for my wife. This has been the best service we have received in years! The product knowledge was amazing! Most people will never understand lower back pains and the effects it has - so this was very impressive for me!

Carlos was extremely helpful. He listened to what we were after, suggested a process for how w made our mattress selection and answered our as we went. He gave us space and time to make our our selection and gave us options of other mattress types we might like. We’re really happy with the mattress we have chosen.

Carlos at Dreams New Malden is an asset to your team. He was very friendly, knew his product knowledge, explained how best to try the different mattresses (not just showing us the most expensive), gave us pillows, offered us a drink, was not pushing for a sale (so we felt relaxed). He made sure to ask what we wanted and helped us. Unfortunately he had to help us and two other couples at the same time, as the other staff were standing talking to each other instead of on the floor. There was only one other lady helping another couple on the floor. This worked ok though, as he would give us time to fully read terms & conditions instead of rushing us but it meant he had to pick another couple to complete their sale and he got someone else to help us (who was not as friendly and just ticked boxes on the computer screen). Carlos still made sure to shake our hands and say goodbye as we left. Carlos deserves a huge well done for doing a brilliant job in caring for us without pushing us in to a sale which would have made me leave.

Our sales assistant, Abu, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, quality, features and the composition/fillings of the mattresses. He listened to our requirements and helped us choose a good quality mattress that fitted our needs.

The Customer Service Assistant Carlos was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He didn't overpower us and let us make our own decisions without being too pushy.

Louis who looked after us during our purchase was very helpful and suggested options we were not aware of. Have us loads of suggestions and very approachable.

No problems all straight forward, nice smiley staff. Can’t ask for more!

When visiting your Dreams New Malden branch on Thursday 2nd August 2018, i was delighted to met by your sales assistant called Mo . Mo approached us on the shop floor and asked if we needed any assistance , we said we were ok at the moment as we didn't know what bed we were looking for . Mo let us have a good look around the shop , and then when we were ready we asked his his advise between beds as me and my partner have bad backs and need special mattress . Also we needed some extra pillows which Mo said we could buy which was great . He showed us many different types of beds and mattress for our needs . we decided o one, so then sat down to to do the paperwork, he offered us a drink which was lovely has it was 30 degrees outside so a glass of water was amazing and so needed. . He was so accommodating and patience with us as we were not sure what we wanted to buy my needed a new bed for our new home. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed tomorrow .
