Dreams - New Malden

The sales assistant (I believe his name was Carlos?) was attentive whilst respecting our need to make our own decisions - all too often the sales pitch is too pushy and 'in your face' - the treatment we received enabled us to make a decision and then revert to him. It was exactly the right amount of information and assistance - we stayed and purchased where we had intended to go around all of the shops in the area before making a decision. The way we were treated meant we actually purchased from the first shop we visisted

the man who served us was very friendly & explained all the terms & conditions, he went through delivery dates to find one to suit us.

It came down to the sales assistant called Carlos. He was highly professional, extremely courteous, really knew everything about the mattresses we were looking for, charming, made time for us, explained everything clearly, and then left us to choose without being over imposing. We had a lovely chat while we were paying and feel we now have a mattress that will last 12-15 years and help us both sleep better. A really top man. And he even made me a lovely cup of coffee.

we were highly satisfied with the help from Carlos a very helpful man we made our purchase with him even changed our mind which still wasn't a problem and we felt at ease. thank you to all the team at new Malden.

Excellent customer service. Good subject knowledge. Honest salesman. Salesman was approachable but no pushy and allowed us our own time to decide what we wanted and made himself available for when we were ready. Superb customer service!

The bed we purchased was for our teenage son. We left the shop and came back again to be helped by the same shop assistant who was extremely patient with us and our son. Kauitha was very patient and very knowledgable on all items and made our decisions much easier.
