Dreams - New Malden

Immediately as I entered the store I was acknowledged and made to feel welcome. Eddie listened to my needs and straight away showed me what was available, colours and designs to suit my needs. I had a particular need and he suggested a drawer design that I didn t realise existed. It was perfect for the problem I had, so I'm really happy. The sale and paper were completed quickly and explained clearly. Such a shame that there were so few people in the shop when the service was so good - the digital age?

Product was available to take home that day. Finance process was simple. Member of staff in the New Malden branch 'Eddie' was really kind, helpful and cheery (especially given it was a Friday evening!)

My dad, grandmother and myself were looking for a single bed when Carlos came over. He was very polite towards us all, especially towards my grandmother and I thought that was lovely. He was with somebody at the time but gave us teas and hot chocolate as we waited. When he was available he was attentive towards all my grandmother's questions. The price, quality and service overall meant that it was a pleasant visit.
