The person that helped me was really proactive and helpful and really took time to understand me her colleagues much younger were all sitting round talking to each other not making any effort for other customers- I think she is someone who represented you exceptionally well

Kavitha was a great and personable sales representative who listened to my needs and allowed me to take my time to make a decision. It was a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and I felt I was given enough options to make the correct choice for me.

Mohammad was very helpful and left us alone to discuss, when asked. His product knowledge and enthusiasm was highly commendable.

Our sales person was very friendly, very approachable, didn’t come up to us straight away, let us browse the store and then asked if we needed any help.

I was made to feel important right away without any pressure to buy. It is quite some time since I have been made to feel that I mattered or that I was comfortable with my purchase. All aspects of the transaction were explained clearly and I was given plenty of opportunity for questions. The manner of the Dreams representative was extremely kind and helpful not to mention respectful. I enjoyed my visit and came away feeling that I had made a satisfactory purchase.
