Went to the New Malden Store - was dealt with by Eddie who was knowledgeable about the different beds. Felt confident he knew what we were looking for and showed us the relevant beds. Chose a bed that will be delivered week 48 would have been nice if we could have it sooner but Eddie wasa nice guy and we wanted to buy it from him rather than go and shop elsewhere to get a shorter lead time

Were assisted by a very helpful young man, Louie, who was personable, seemed knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us.
