Dreams - New Malden

The overall layout of the store was good and the friendliness of the staff was excellent.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams at New Malden insomuch assistance was offered as soon as I entered the store without feeling I was being hassled. The knowledge of the gentleman who offered his services was concise, professional and polite..... and I was offered a cup of coffee ( which was delicious and gratefully accepted!)

More than happy with the service we received in the store, thank you Eddie, in that we did not feel under any pressure to buy a particular item. We did try out a lot of mattresses and made the choice based on our comfort needs. We were given opportunity to ask questions and got all the answers we needed. or mattress was delivered today which included a slot reminder and call on the day to tell me how long they would be! Mattress was positioned where I wanted it and my old mattress was taken away. All in all an easy/pleasurable experience in every aspect. Thank you Dreams just now looking forward to our first nights sleep!

We were greeted by Eddie as soon as we entered the store, asking if we needed help. We did! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He helped our thinking enormously explaining the different types of mattress and their virtues. He didn’t press us at all nor did he try to sell us the more expensive brands as a matter of course. He, and another colleague, invited us to have a cup of coffee which was much appreciated though we were too busy trying beds to accept!

We went in not knowing at all what we wanted, and the assistants knowledge was second to none and helped us pick a mattress within 15 minutes.

The bed which we picked was on a very good offer in the sale and the staff were very helpful

Customer service was great and speedy even though the store was quite busy, given plenty of time to test out products And given sound advice that suited my needs.

Alex u dears told our requirements and supported us through the whole process - allowing us time to discuss privately along the journey. Customer service 10/10
