Dreams - New Malden

I was greeted very warmly when entering the store. It gave me a sense of relief and was very welcoming. All members of staff smiled and i was offered a tea and coffee which really helped with the weather at the time. The manager Mo came in and also took part. I remember Eddie, Kavitha and other members of staff who were extremely pleasant in conversation with myself, my father and mother. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a bed :)!!

I went in with my son with an idea of what I wanted to purchase. Louie, a very friendly salesman at your new malden branch approached us and answered all of my questions and pointed me into the right direction for what sort of mattress would suit me best. He also helped me to decide what sort of frame I would need and would suit me and my family best (for storage). All the staff were very friendly, offered me a drink when I was sat making the purchase and were very knowledgable on all the items. Very pleased!
