The store was very quiet but all the employees were keeping themselves busy and maintaining the store whilst Abu was on hand at all times to give me the best service I’ve had in years

I went in to find out about the different types of mattresses. Eddie knew his products, was able to explain the difference and more importantly show me what he was talking about. He took the trouble to listen to my requirements and demonstrate what I would need to get the good night's sleep required

The salesman was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and he made me comfortable to ask any questions

Everything went according to plan. The help and attention was entirely professional and friendly. Delivery date is longer than I would have liked but this not the fault of the store but due to circumstances of my making

Our Sales Assustant Alex was excellent, she was very helpful, showed us all available mattresses under budget in budget and just over budget..explained what they were and why they felt different

The Lady who served us was friendy, proffesional and human. I found her to have a good understanding of my needs. I was allowed to try many bed's to find the one I felt comfy with, also was so funny on the test bed!
