Alex, our in store rep, was very nice and took us through the whole experience. We were slightly limited by what was in the New Malden branch, but Alex spent a long time making sure we got what we were after. The mattress survey machine was amazing.

They took their time to understand exactly what we were looking for and give us the time made us feel like they were interested in understanding that. We paid deposit first day and went back in Saturday to complete order and received friendly recognised welcome. Over much more impressed than other companies we visited and that is why we bought with dreams

A very helpful assistant showed me various choices based on what I was looking for after testing the computerised sensor bed. I was very pleased with the assistance I received and my final decision I made myself with no pressure from the assistant.

1. The staff. Alex was great, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my visit to this Dreams store. 2. The variety of mattresses to try. This was essential to build my confidence on what I would prefer.

I only went in to look and wasn’t sure what I wanted for my sons house and his care team and Eddie made me step back and think of all the different carers that might need to use the beds and then he gave me good advice and guidance to purchase the beds. Really helpful.
