I came mid-week to check out items I had seen online. Eddie approached me politely and asked whether I needed any assistance. He answered my queries with lots of product knowledge and left me to make my decision. I really appreciated the space and not feeling pressured. I returned to the store on the weekend to make a purchase of a product Eddie had showed me. Eddie showed the same attentiveness and charismatic approach to my Dad who joined me who was also interested in making a purchase in the future. I’m excited for when my new mattress arrives, and Dad hasn’t stopped talking about the mattress he’s going to buy soon. Eddie was great and any queries about bed-related producers, I would come to back to dreams.

Louie was really helpful when we visited in store. He had us first test what our mattress needs were using the test machine which was super helpful in narrowing down mattress choices. He was friendly, honest, and overall made the experience really pleasant. While we spent more than we would have liked to spend, we were happy with the offers that were on and ultimately happy that we were getting a very good and comfortable mattress.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a very professional member of staff. He did not hassle us and gave us plenty of time to browse. He gave us plenty of information on all the items we were interested in. It was thanks to him we chose the right bed. He suggested we use the machine to help us pick the right mattress. I think we would have picked something completely wrong.

Had a very competent sales advisor named Louie Hawkins. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our trip pleasant. He was also accompanied by a very pleasant man called Mohammed.

Kavitha was very friendly and so helpful, we took a long time to choose the perfect bed but she was very patient with us and talked us through each bed we tried. She gave us the best advise and was very helpful, she even offered us refreshments on both our visits.

Sales assistant was friendly, courteous, and patient, which was a breath of fresh air when compared to pushy the usual pushy sales staff. An excellent member of staff
