I went into store on monday to purchase a pillow, the staff member Mo was really helpful in showing the different types that were available in the shop. He encouraged me to try them on a mattress and i found one that was perfect, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but Mo said he will get one in for me for the next day which he did. Excellent service and will shop here again.

I recently purchased a mattress in a box on line and was sure it would be great. I made a mistake and my chronic back pain has got so much worse because I did not take the time to talk to someone and test the product. The system of measuring your body at Dreams is new to me but it seemed so good.

The experience we had in store was different I was not expecting to lay on beds and have this mattress test of which mattress is right for yourself.. I loved it

Staff were all friendly and attentive. I was welcomed from the moment I walked into store and asked if I would like help or to have a look first before assistance, this was a nice option to be able to try beds before asking for the staffs very good helpful advice. I was guided to a tool that helped you select which mattress is recommended and was shown how to use this effectively which was successful and helped me to choose my new mattress. Staff were open to show me all mattresses at a range of price. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision quickly, I was given friendly advice and time to decide.
