Two very friendly members of staff who took care to understand what we wanted and made helpful suggestions.

I entered the store and I was greeted by Abu. He asked if I needed any assistance with my visit which I did. He understood my needs very quickly and took me to exactly what I was looking for. The best service I have ever received from any retail store I have ever been in my time

The staff member that helped me paid attention and was not dismissive which makes s big difference . He was excellent and helping even when I changed my mind he still remained professional, setting a standard for customer service !

Wanted a white metal framed bed, none available to see in store but Eddie took us to the store room where he knew there was a frame. He pushed stuff aside and cleared the way so we could safely see th frame and discussed how it was made etc. This extra effort allowed us to visualise the bed in our bedroom and we were then happy to purchase. Eddie also discussed mattress options and we went on the testing machine to show us which mattress would be suitable. We were not looking to buy a mattress that day and there was no pressure to buy but he wanted us o have all the information for when we did want to. I felt very happy with our purchase and very happy with the experience due to the helpful and knowledgable attention of Eddie. I will certainly use Dreams again this was my first time in one of your shops and will recommend your company to my friends.

We were extremely impressed by the service we received. We were served by Eddie and at no time felt pressured to buy. He let us look around and try out the various mattresses at our leisure but was on hand to advise and assist without being overbearing. His product knowledge was first class. We left happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service we received from start to finish. Would highly recommend this branch.
