Your colleague understood our needs and the budget we are looking for. He then guided through various products available. He explained the pros and cons of every choice we made in terms of durability and ease of maintenance. We wish we were told s bit more about technical details like solid stats or sprung stats of the bed frame but we had a good experience otherwise.

Customer service was excellent and extremely friendly

John, the sales assistant was very attentive he acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store but I felt under no pressure to buy. He knew exactly the item I was looking for, went above and beyond to get a quib delivery and was completed in no time at all.

We went into the store looking for a bed for our daughter and were approached by a very helpful and understanding worker. It was an incredibly hot day and he offered us a choice of drinks to make us feel even more comfortable. He then proceeded to go through all of the options regarding our order and even made polite conversation with our child. We very very happy to be served by such a considerate and kind member of your staff.

The salesman was very helpful, he explained the services available, we wanted our new bed assembled and the old one taken away

John was extremely pleasant and helpful. We tried out the "test bed" and watched the video which was very interesting and were shown a variety of suitable mattresses in our price range

My server Alex in new Malden was so lovely. She explained everything I needed to know, gave me options when I was indecisive and was genuinely just a really nice person. Didn’t feel like she was trying to push a sale, she let me take my time and wasn’t following me around. She was lovely and I would go back to the store purely for her!

All of the staff in new malden is very help ful and professional they know what they are doing and why are they there usually sales people are not that honest and helpful but just want to sell to you but here no pushy sales people good environment you should take care of your employees like Mo Abu and others
