I was given time to try different beds without being shadowed. When approached, their manner was helpful and patient and not pushy, with respect for this being a big decision, not a whim buy. After helping to decide and having time to think about it I was also offered the diagnostic which gave results including my choice.

We placed our order with Eddie. We know Eddie from our previous visits to the Dreams store at New Malden. Eddie is a very professional and knowable person and I would highly recommend him to any shopper.

The sales person was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured at all. The whole experience was pleasant. I found a bed that and pillows that I was happy with, at a price which was acceptable. Well done!
