I first went to Benson for Beds to purchase a new bed, but wasn't convinced with the service and what they were selling. My partner was convinced by the salesman, but I said let's try somewhere else. We went next to Dreams in New Malden where we were greeted by a very friendly Female who made us feel very welcome to the store and offered us a cuppa of tea. The female explained the test mattress system and how the machine works out the best mattress for you, which we both thought was an excellent invention as we both couldn't decide at Benson what the perfect mattress was through the comfort number test. The female Sale's person was then able to show around the perfect mattress for us through the mattress tester. The sale's person explained perfectly the difference between the memory form types and the spring mattresses, which really helped and also explained and showed the different bed frames we were looking for. There was absolutely no pressure for us to make a decision and we then went to the sales desk to confirm the sale. The female was then kind enough to give us 8years warranty and confirmed a delivery date, which is pretty quick compared to what Benson was offering.

I was dealt with immediately, kindly, and efficiently. The amount I had to spend was accepted with understanding. Would always love for items to be cheaper, as a pensioner it is a struggle. I am looking forward to my new base arriving on Tuesday.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and allowed my son to climb into the bed and test it. All my questions were answered swiftly and the assistant made sure I was aware of the 20% discount and free delivery.
