John was willing to spend the time in explaining the different types of products and to allow me the time to test and explore the products most suited to my needs. John and his manager , Alex, Were both willing and helpful in the purchase of the products I needed at a price satisfactory to both parties. The one problem I had was that the bed I wished to view was not available at any local store, so I had to take it on trust.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. They were very patient as I wanted to know about all the differences in the products . They were very knowledgeable about all the different mattress types and different benefits. Which helped taylor the mattress to my particular needs.

Convenient location. Ease of parking. Availability of staff. Quality of staff who assisted me - knew his mattresses (I was shown two and settled on the second) and fully aware of the purchase and delivery process. End to end all worked as advised. Happy with the mattress. Will return for a single of the same sort.
