Dreams - New Malden

Eddie at the new Malden store was very helpful and friendly. Upon greeting us we were offered drinks and then to try the bed matching system. He was very patient while we went back and forth between beds trying to decide!

The assistant (John) was personable and engaging. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. A much better experience than we received in DFS and other competitors

Had a lovely sales guy. Offered tea and coffee as soon as we entered. Asked what we would like and don’t like. Helped pick out a good range of mattresses and also various prices from the cheaper to the more expensive.

Abu was great start to finish while I was looking for a mattress to take away with me on the same day. The only problem I felt like I had was that unfortunately the item that I was purchasing was not part of their huge sale that covered nearly everything but not what I was after. All in all store service was great but very unhappy at the prices

This feedback form is based on your NEW MALDEN store, after have an awful experience with your WALTON ON THAMES store. We found the manager of that store rude, arrogant, obnoxious and unhelpful. He was extremely rude to other members of staff (Chris) in front of us! This doesn’t surprise me why that store is always empty! We visited your NEW MALDEN store off the A3 and found your staff member Eddie so helpful and attentive, he gave us faith in how customer service should be conducted. He even carried the mattress on his own to the van at the other side off the car park, he is a huge attribute to your store and company.

The sales person "Abu" was extremely helpful, walked the extra mile to even place the bed-sits next to some beds to show us how they would look like, explained everything we needed and showed us around, the person was extremely helpful which made us place the order. The deliver time could be better, however, we're ok with that.

Service was great and product is good quality

I was assisted by John at New Malden. He was extremely helpful and polite and made buying a mattress and bed very hassle free!

The colleague was very helpful and gave great service! The advice sought on the products we bought and deals presented made us feel like hopefully we managed to get a good deal and great savings!

Mo was very helpful and offered me a pillow too!
