Aside from the fact that Eddie clearly has a lot of experience, a huge positive was shopping with kids is very difficult - the store allowed them to play at the end of this shop by the children’s beds. (They’re 2 &5). The following day when making the purchase they were a bit troublesome and a colleague gave them balloons - a complete opposite experience in a competitor shop, where we walked out! Of course the other main reason is the product itself - we needed a solution for getting a king bed. Your online chat suggested a zip and split so we returned to the store, Eddie advised you can roll the memory foam. Purchase made.

We knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived, but after visiting a couple of competitors, we were impressed with the deals and value of the products. We were also given brilliant customer service, unlike the competitors, which was a breath of fresh air!

I had looked at option for new mattress online and went to store to test out selection. i was offered assistance immediately and a drink! my first choice was on display which I tested and decided on purchase after testing few more on display. whole experience took no more than 10 mins which I was very happy about. delivery date was a lot sooner than I had expected as well so doubly happy.
