Dreams - New Malden

We arrived here and was greeted by Alex, who was friendly and smiley. She offered us a drink and also asked if we would like a pillow. She was not pushy and said, if we needed anything, they were just at the desk. We wandered at our leisure and tried all the mattresses. We had a few questions that Mo was happy to answer for us as Alex was helping another customer. We brought 3 mattresses for a great price. Mo put our order through as Alex was still helping another customer. He was chatty, approachable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to buy from here again and have already recommended this store to mums at the school. We are looking forward to our new mattresses arriving. 10 out of 10 for Dreams New Malden. From the moment we entered the store we were looked after. Our needs were listened to, and we were shown the beds that were most suitable for us. The features and advantages of the products were explained to us, and we finally made our choice. The whole process from start to end was very easy, and we came away feeling sure that we chose the right bed for us. We can’t wait to sleep in it.

John who assisted us today was friendly and knowledgeable. We left today having purchased the perfect mattress and two new pillows.
