Olga was the sale assistant and she was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The colleague was extremely patient and knowledgable about the products and showed me numerous products and went above and beyond helping me with a headboard choice as I have a light fixed to the wall and it could only be of a certain height.There was no hard sell and i changed my mind numerous times.

We were approached by Eddie, he wasn't pushy, he just let us know he was there when we needed him, but also made us aware of some half price deals in store

The staff in the store were very helpful, answered questions fully and were not pushy about making a sale. It was useful to see the bed I was buying on display too.

As soon as me And my boyfriend walked into the dreams shop aleksandra was ready to assist us. She was so kind and friendly. She offered us coffee and the time to browse which I’ve never experienced in a bedroom store before. Aleks was patient and gave us the time to ask any questions, which she answered straight away having great product knowledge. She made sure that we were finding exactly the right product for us which made us feel relaxed and feel no pressure to buy anything straight away. You could tell from her highly professional manner that she wasn’t trying to make a hard and fast sale, she was trying to make the right sale for us, and find us the perfect product which is why me and my partner are both so highly satisfied with our dreams experience. I could not praise Aleks enough. She is the perfect representative for dreams. Aleks showed fantastic understanding and appreciation for how big the decision can be for finding the right bed. I couldn’t be happier with the product we have bought! Who knew shopping for beds would be such a fantastic experience! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
