as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Mo. he offered us a drink as we wanted to browse and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. excellent service and was very patient and no pushy for the sale.

We were very well looked after in the New Malden store by Alma. Her knowledge was excellent.

The gentleman on duty was most efficient, had everything in hand, gentlemanly attitude and demeaner, had time for a number of customers, even while having to attend and place an extensive delivery most impressed by this salesman, and would like you to pass on our gratitude.

The staff member Mo was excellent in store he was on his own and had a few customer’s he was dealing with and but was on hand to answer all my questions that i had. Great service
