I was welcomed by John and he asked what I was looking for and I explained that I wanted a mattress and he queried my needs. I told him I want a hard mattress so he showed me a range of the hard mattresses. He also offered me a drink and was extremely friendly. I was impressed by his knowledge of the mattresses as he gave an in depth explanation of the mattresses that I tried.

John my floor attendant understood very well my needs for a good night sleep(I suffer from back problems) and he recommend the bed mattresses available for my needs. Always checking if I did need any help or a drink. Overall very satisfied and John was very sweet
