Given the ongoing situation with Coronavirus I was nervous about attending the store to buy a new mattress as I am 84 and this was my first experience of shopping for 3 months. However, I was quickly reassured by Alex the assistant who recognising I was concerned was very diligent in ensuring that she maintained the correct distance and applying the appropriate protective measures to maintain my safety. Alex was also very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying and very efficient in processing our order and pleasant throughout our visit.

Greeted on entrance. Assisted with hygiene support. Guided to the specific product range we wanted to see. Left alone for perusal in our own time. Available to answer questions when needed. Knowledgeable about products. Specific requirements met when ordering. Good value for money. Quicker delivery time than expected.
