Hand sanitising station immediately on entering the store. Offered assistance and after listening to our needs, explained where the items were to view. Other customers were already viewing so while we waited we were offered a bottle if water. Assistant knowledgeable, not pushy or overbearing but able to answer our questions confidently Highly rate Mohammad’s customer service :-)

Given the ongoing situation with Coronavirus I was nervous about attending the store to buy a new mattress as I am 84 and this was my first experience of shopping for 3 months. However, I was quickly reassured by Alex the assistant who recognising I was concerned was very diligent in ensuring that she maintained the correct distance and applying the appropriate protective measures to maintain my safety. Alex was also very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying and very efficient in processing our order and pleasant throughout our visit.
