The Retail assistant Abu was very helpful and understanding of our needs which was a bed for our daughter whom as special needs, it was obvious that he had knowledge of why we wanted certain products e,g safety aspects, easy to clean, maintenance and damage proof and he made very good suggestions and if the product was not in the store he would find it on the website which was very helpful inaddition to that we had a budget that he also considered. Our daughter was in the shop with us and she does not understand the COVID rules but Abu was very warm and friendly and understanding of our daughter and he really made us comfortable and at ease to shop in the store in New Malden. We were highly satisfied having bought a product that was safe for our daughter which was our priority and he met all expectations.
