John at New Malden store came to check on us and was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. He showed a genuine interest in our needs and helped us select the right option with regards type of cover, date of delivery and recycling for the old mattress. It was a welcome surprise to see that such high standards of customer service still exist in the marketplace.

We found our assistant John very helpful with advice with regard to mattress choice. We were free to wander the store before making our selection and he answered our questions when asked. The order was placed and the invoice explained and agreed with us. All in all a very enjoyable shopping expereince under these difficult covid 19 restrictions.
