We came away with the purchase of a mattress which was a success

Eddie is the perfect salesman we tried any number beds with his advice we were very happy with our purchase

The two gents in the shop came straight to use when we arrived. They then gave us time to have a good look around before we asked them question. They both answered the question and helped us a lot. They then printed off a quote and gave us there names and a telephone number to phone if we needed to speak to them. On our return home we all discussed it and phone back to Abu. He added another item to are quote and we placed the order. This did not take long. We have visited several shops looking for beds for our new house. It was in no small way due to Abu and his colleague that we placed orders with dreams for three beds and bedhead, and four mattresses.

I was highly satisfied as I knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant (John) understood my requirements and immediately showed me two options. I had the chance to try as many mattresses out as I wanted and take as much time as needed. We were also given bottles of water whilst making the decision. However, I chose to buy the first option that John had shown me and am sure when it is delivered I will be very pleased and satisfied.

Staff were helpful and polite

We have used the same store before and were happy then, we called into Benson for beds before calling into your store. The assistant there was so overwhelming we left. We called into Dreams we were asked if we needed help, we told the assistant we knew what we wanted and asked if we could look around by ourselves, he said that would be fine but to give him a wave as soon as we needed help. When we needed help the assistant was very informative and knew the product and delivery times straight away, very impressed. Will use Dream again.

Amazing service from the very start. We had a brand of bed in mind but when we explained what we were looking for in the first visit we had a really helpful guy (cannot remember his name but I want to say nick?) he helped us decided a mattress with a brand we weren’t familiar with and when we laid on it we knew that it was “the one”. We couldn’t purchase straight away due to waiting on the keys to our new home. So yesterday when I went in store I met Edward and we made the buy. Edward was lovely and friendly and the transaction was a simple process! Thanks team.

The assistant was very knowledgable of the products within the store. He was approachable, polite and very skilled in dealing with the customer. I would recommend DFS as a store to buy good products.
