Approached us when we first entered, asked if we were happy to browse or need assistance which was great as we wanted to browse and called him over when we were ready. Talked us through our payment options, was engaging throughout the purchasing process and very friendly making general conversation. This was an expensive purchase for us for our new home and Mohammad made it very pleasant and a great in store service even with Covid restrictions and distancing.
