good quick, knowledgeable service, fair price but longer lead-time than we would have liked

I visited more than once to view different items, all of the staff I encountered were excellent and Edward who eventually sold me the bed ( not yet delivered) was great. I would draw particular attention too to John who I believe has not been there as long as the others, he was exceptional in his customer service and was friendly and informative. Both Eddy and Abu were great when I made the purchase and they were extremely helpful.

When I entered the shop it was quite busy as the staff were with customers, but as soon as Abu became free and he assisted me and apologised for the wait. The service was excellent and took good care of us.
