I was very happy with the customer service I received whilst in store. The staff were very knowledgeable and didn't pressurise me into making a decision quickly. They showed me a variety of beds and mattresses. Very happy Thankyou

This was a return visit to purchase another product. We did not even look elsewhere as the service was great the first time and the quality of our purchase is outstanding John allowed us to view the products at our ease without hovering over us but checking in from time to time to make sure we were ok. When we finally selected the product he made the purchase process very easy and comfortable for us to follow Great service and fantastic products

Sales assistant was friendly and knowledgable Left the right amount of time for me to browse before offering assistance Listened to what I was looking for and showed me relevant products but also went slightly off brief so I could consider alternatives that I might not have done otherwise. Processed the sale quickly and efficiently.
