As soon as we walked in the New Malden store We were greeted by Abu who was very friendly & polite, he asked if there was a specific bed we were looking for, as we weren’t sure he suggested we have a browse around 1st then ask for assistance which we did, having had our last bed and mattress for over 12 years and the back aches to prove it! Abu advised us to take the Bed test in store to find out which type of mattress suited our needs. Abu showed us various mattresses and was extremely knowledgeable about them all while being very relaxed and not at all ‘Hard sell’ which is a winner in our book! We had a good experience weren’t at all rushed and would highly recommended the store and it’s staff (who were all friendly during our visit ) to others.
