I would like to say Aleksandra is highly efficient sales executive. She is skilled, takes time to understand what the client wants and she delivers! She spent more than 40 mins on the phone explaining all the types of mattresses in the store even before we visited it. This helped us while we were in the store as we knew exactly what we wanted to try and what we had to avoid. She is efficient, knowledgeable, kind and has immense patience. Not to mention hard working as she had to wait over time as the paperwork took a bit longer than expected. I would like to recommended New Maulden store as we had superb experience due to Aleksandra. We will visit again for sure!

Alexandra very attentive as soon as I walked through the door and her assistance if finding product, but not pushy as all, I hate pushy sales. I liked her and how she conducted herself. Very personable.

On Tuesday 3 November I phoned around locally just to check if stores open and if the old mattress could be taken away. Contacted Bensons and waited 2 minutes to see if they would pick up. They didn't so phoned Dreams who picked up straight away. On the way to the store saw that Bensons was open. We were welcomed into the store and after informing them about what we were looking for and some advice we were left to make our decision. When we decided we were quickly attended to and ordered our mattress and arranged delivery and pick up. We were very happily amazed to be told these would be carried out this Saturday (7 Nov) as had expected to wait for weeks. Cannot praise highly enough the straight forwardness of the whole operation. We were also given the weekday rate for pickup rather than the Saturday rate. All in all, a light in the darkness of Covid. Well done New Malden Dreams - excellent work. And all because someone answered the phone!
