We felt our needs were met and the sales person was excellent was not pushy at all and let us make our own decisions with the right level of help and knowledge. We left the store feeling very happy with the whole experience

Mohammed understood that we had a specific bed and mattress in mind that we wanted to see and showed us where they were. The mattress wasn't quite right so an alternative for around our budget was shown to us. Ordering was quick and easy and pleasantly surprised at how quickly our items could be delivered.

We were welcomed into the store and pointed in the right direction, the young lady who served us had a good knowledge of the product we were after and left us to make a decision with no pressure. She was very helpful with organizing a delivery slot, the whole experience was a real pleasure.

Help and assistance was very good to what we required and whilst placing the order the refreshments were very good i.e. the tea and coffee facilities.
