Alex approached as soon as I entered. She listened to my requirements and did not push at all towards a particular product. I was prepared to go high end but as it happens the advanced mattresses which I had read about and had in mind, I hated the feel of, so had to rethink my wish list! Alex showed patience and good product knowledge. She quickly established a rapport with me and allowed me time to try and retry mattresses until I was happy with my decision.
