I was served by Eddie Kelly. He was friendly, helpful and professional. From his advice I was able to make the best choices quickly and easily. I have not shopped in Dreams before as I have always tended to go to John Lewis, however, the excellent customer service has led me to share my positive experience with a number of people already and I will return to Dreams.

I'm completing this on behalf of my 85 year old mother. The staff member who served us put her at ease, listened to what she needed and was patient, courteous and friendly.

Our whole experience from start to finish (including delivery) was excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable (Eddie Kelly). The only thing my wife didn't like was to hear the welsh women's voice whilst doing your bed test. She does your adverts as well. Lots of texts and emails keeping us informed of our order/delivery.
